The Victim Intake Center II keeps and maintains information regarding victims for Third- and Second-Degree felonies screened by our Felony Screening Unit (FSU). FSU pre-files the vast majority of these types of cases that involve adult defendants. African Americans and Haitians were significantly overrepresented, accounting for 29% of victims.
