The Office of State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle has long been committed to combating Animal Abuse. Animal Abuse prosecutions are coordinated and supervised by a Chief Assistant State Attorney and every case is carefully evaluated and assigned. The unit investigates and prosecutes cases involving harm or injury to any animal, or extreme neglect.
