"CSP collaborates with
partners to improve
children's quality of life."

Once a child support order is entered, our Child Support Program works with families and partners to help children receive the support they need and deserve. When there is a lack of voluntary compliance with a support order, we can take additional steps to help achieve compliance.

However, we understand that there are times when complying with a support order is not possible and we are here to assist parents who owe support during these times. If you are struggling to comply with your support order, contact us at (305) 530-2600 to learn how we can assist you.

Some of the actions we may employ include:

  • Income Withholding
  • Driver’s License Suspension
  • Suspension of Business, Professional and Recreational Licenses
  • Federal Income Tax Refund Intercept
  • Unemployment Benefits
  • Credit Reporting
  • Court Action
  • Passport Denial
  • Bank Account Freeze
