Domestic Violence Victim Statistics

Domestic Violence team members maintain data on victims of domestic violence.  Females were grossly overrepresented, accounting for 73% of all sexual assault victims.  African Americans and Haitians were grossly overrepresented, accounting for 38% of the victims in 2018 and 37% in 2019.
