Miami, Florida, State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle will hold a press conference to announce the arrest of Dimitri David Lubin, 23, and Falon Dunkelberger, 25, who are being held without bond on charges of Human Trafficking. The 21-year-old victim in this case was lured to Miami under false pretenses. The SAO Human Trafficking Task Force rescued the victim in a proactive operation. Along with the assistance of our law enforcement partners, they were later able to rescue the victim’s 1-year-old son who had been kidnapped by Lubin.
