Legal Assistant III – Training and Recruitment Assistant

Position Overview
This individual will support and assist the Director of ASA Training managing new ASA training classes, ensuring training conference rooms are reserved and prepped, assisting with coordination of ongoing training for interns and ASAs and coordinating tour groups and guest speaker events. This position will also work closely with the Recruitment and Retention Unit in the coordination and recruitment of potential Assistant State Attorneys and law school and college interns in addition to assisting with recruitment paperwork such as applications, applicant notifications, and data entry. This individual must be self-motivated and able to maintain and adhere to scheduled events. The work schedule for this position is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Starting Annual Salary: $36,544.56
