Join Us to Seal or Expunge Your Miami-Dade Arrest

The Office of Miami-Dade State Attorney is extending second chances with a Seal & Expunge event scheduled for Thursday, March 31, 2022, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. The event will take place at J.L.& Enid W. Demps Park located at 11350 S.W. 216th St, Miami, FL 33170. Doors close at 7:00 p.m.

Miami SAO staff and community partners will help answer your questions. We will only review cases that occurred in Miami-Dade County. We will assist you, at no cost, with completing the application for submission to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Requirements

• Government-issued identification
• The event is free, however, FDLE requires a $75 handling fee that must be mailed with the application.
