Clerical Specialist III – Felony

Position Overview

 The Clerical Specialist III in the Felony Division provides clerical support to the Legal Assistants and the Unit Supervisors of each assigned unit. The work schedule is from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This position offers a Limited Flexible Work Schedule and Teleworking Option.

 

The Job Responsibilities are:

 

  • Scanning files and other official documents into vCase
  • Copying and Faxing
  • Processing 911 CDs
  • Conducting mail runs twice daily to include the Clerk’s Office
  • Delivering files to the court rooms as needed
  • Processing lab reports
  • Assisting Unit Supervisor with Closed Case data entry
  • Maintaining inventory of office and copier supplies
  • Assisting with preliminary calendars as needed
  • Assisting with Disposition data entry as needed
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

   

The Minimum Requirements are:

 

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Two (2) years of clerical experience

 

 The Preferred Qualifications and Skills are:

 

  • Being fluent in English and Spanish

Annual Salary – $31,200.00
