Position Overview
The Child Support Division (Insufficiency Resolution Unit) is hiring to fill our training class beginning June 26, 2023. These positions are responsible for analyzing high-volume computer-generated alerts expeditiously; determining what action is needed to get the child support cases moving forward; and transmit that case to the appropriate department for processing. In some situations, this position will require some public contact over the phone or face to face. In the course of time, these positions may transition to a public contact unit and/or may require working in our South Dade or Caleb satellite offices. The work shifts for these positions will be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Starting Annual Salary: $34,070.40
