Miami SAO COVID-19 Advisory: December 21, 2021

The following employees have tested positive for COVID as of December 21, 2021.

Employee 1:

In the past two weeks, our employee worked every workday in the Graham building on the 2^nd Floor North. In addition, our employee attended a luncheon on December 15 on the 4^th Floor South (S409-410) and was in the REG Courthouse on December 17, courtroom 4-6 (Judge Tinkler-Mendez).

Employee 2:

In the past two weeks, our employee worked every workday up to December 17 in the Civic Park Plaza, on the ground floor.

Employee 3: 

In the past two weeks, our employee worked every workday (other than December 16 and 17) in the Child Support Program building on the east and west sides of the 11^th Floor.

Employee 4:

In the past two weeks, our employee was in the Graham Building, 2^nd Floor North on December 7 – 15 (other than Dec. 14). Additionally, our employee was in the REG Courthouse, courtroom 4-8 (Judge Hersch) on December 7 and 8.

Employee 5:

In the past two weeks, our employee was at work every workday up to December 17, in the Graham Building, 3^rd Floor North and 1^st Floor South every day. In addition, our employee was on the 4^th Floor North December 7 and the 4^th Floor South (Holiday Luncheon in S409-410) on December 10. Our employee was also in the Children’s Courthouse, 8^th Floor, and the Government Center, 26^th Floor, every day. Furthermore, our employee was in the Kristi house reception area on December 13, 15, and 16, the Medical Examiner’s Office reception area on December 8 and 15, the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department, Overtown Transit Village, South Tower 17^th Floor on December 7 and 10, and the City of Miami Office of Budget Management on the 5^th Floor on December 8.

Employee 6:

In the past two weeks, our employee was at work every workday up until December 15, in the Graham Building, 1^st Floor South.

Employee 7:

In the past two weeks, our employee was at the Child Support Program building every workday up to December 16, on the 11^th, 12^th, 13^th, 14^th, and 15^th Floors (both sides).

Employee 8:

In the past two weeks, our employee was in the Graham building, up to December 17, on the 1^st Floor South.
