In addition to e-filing a Notice of Taking Deposition, and having confirmed the date and time of your deposition with the prosecutor (pursuant to Rule 3.220(h)(1)), felony deposition rooms at the State Attorneyâs main office (1350 NW 12 Ave) must be reserved in advance. The State Attorneyâs Office will not provide court reporters for defense depositions. It is the responsibility of the defense attorney to provide or contract with a court reporter to appear at any scheduled defense deposition. Please fill out and submit the form on this page to make your felony deposition room request.
Within one business day, you will be e-mailed a reservation confirmation for a room in which to conduct your deposition and the length of time for which the room will be made available.
