State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle is now providing DUI Discovery Documents online at no charge can be retrieved by clicking on the first link below.

    • Miami-Dade County Secondary Inspection Sheets
    • Breath Logs for Miami-Dade County Intoxilyzers 5000 instruments
    • Repair Orders for the Intoxilyzers
    • Intoxilyzer Registration Certificates
    • Certificates of Assurance

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement keeps public electronic records of all Intoxilyzer 8000 documents which are available by clicking the last link below. Since those records are uploaded electronically, FDLE's website may contain very recent records not immediately available on the State Attorney's Office website. Breath Test Permits, HGN Logs, Uniform Guidelines for Checkpoints, DRE Logs, and DUI Room Key Logs may be available via a public records request of the police agencies, or via subpoena.
